To confirm your Almaty Day Tour, a deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the tour (we are flexible with payment terms).

Cancel more than 2 months in advance: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.

Cancel less than one month in advance: The deposit is non-refundable.
